CONCORD UNIVERSITY FACULTY ARTISTS EXHIBITING WORK
DURING LEWISBURG’S FIRST FRIDAYS AFTER FIVE EVENT

ATHENS, W.Va. - Concord University faculty artists will be exhibiting their work at the Washington Street Gallery during the Aug. 3 First Fridays After Five event in Lewisburg, W.Va. Guests are invited to view the exhibit during a catered reception from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. The gallery is located at 123 W. Washington St.

The “Concord University Fine Arts Faculty Exhibition” features the work of artists who teach in Athens, Beckley and Lewisburg, including Jack Sheffler, Jamey Biggs, Dr. Lauri Reidmiller, Kevin Bennington, Mark Tobin Moore and Gary Roper.

Sheffler is chairperson of Concord’s Division of Fine Arts and an associate professor of art. Biggs, Reidmiller and Bennington are all assistant professors of art. Moore is a full-time instructor of art at Concord’s Beckley campus. Roper will teach drawing and ceramics this fall at Concord’s Lewisburg location in Carnegie Hall.
