Business Students to Report on Internships Thursday, November 13 and Tuesday, December 2
Athens, W.Va. – A total of 14 business students will present their experience with their internships Thursday, November 13, and Tuesday, December 2. Presentations for both days will be from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in room 304 of the Nick J. Rahall Technology Center.
Those presenting on November 13 include: Whitney Boles from Pineville, who interned at the Wyoming County Commission in Pineville; Samantha Campbell from Union, who interned at the Chuck Mathena Center in Princeton; Stela Chileva from Bulgaria, who interned at the Concord University Foundation in Athens; Leta Gullette from Union, who interned at the Creekside Chiropractic in Union; Kristen Handley from Mount Hope, who interned at the W.Va. State Treasurer’s Office in Charleston; Melissa Thomas, from Peterstown, who interned at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Princeton; and Jessica Williams from Hinton, who interned at Practice Link, LTD in Hinton.
Those presenting on December 2 include: Niya Apostolova from Bulgaria, who interned with TMG Statistics in Arlington, Va.; Derek Bonnett from Crab Orchard, who interned with Bluestone Industries in Beckley; Melissa Caldwell from Lyburn, who interned at Wal-Mart in Princeton; Rachel Creighton from Nimitz, who interned at The Computer Man in Nimitz; Autumn Dillon from Princeton, who interned at The Insurance Store in Princeton; Julie Poston from Sevierville, Tenn., who interned at Maurice’s in Bluefield; and Brianna Smith from Clear Fork, who interned at Custom Manufacturing Service in Princeton.
The students earned three hours of academic credit for their internships.
