Concord College Theater Presents: “When You Comin’ Back Red Ryder?” October 16, 17, 18

Athens, W. Va. - October 16, 17, 18 will represent three nights of high intensity action in the H.C. Paul Studio Theatre at Concord College. The Concord College Theatre Department, under the direction of Dr. Thomas Gambill, will present the violent drama “When You Comin’ Back Red Ryder?”

“This is my 105th show,” said Dr. Gambill, “and my toughest.” The story of Red Ryder is set in a diner, just off the highway. A normal, mundane morning is turned into a scene of drugs and violence for the diner’s staff and regular customers.

This play is not suitable for children, due to extreme violence and adult content and language.

“When You Comin’ Back Red Ryder?” will be performed in the H.C. Paul Studio Theatre, Alexander Fine Arts Center at Concord College on October 16 and 18 at 8 p.m. and October 17 at 8:30 p.m.

Ticket prices are $5 for adults, $4 for senior citizens, and $2 for non-Concord students. To reserve tickets, or for more information contact the Concord College Box Office at 1-304-384-5101 or e-mail
