In his first season at Concord, Dawson coached two linemen, Josh Miller and Silas Agyemang, who earned All-West Virginia Intercollegiate Athletic Conference accolades.
Prior to coming to Concord, Dawson began his coaching career as an assistant at Greensburg Central Catholic, his alma mater, during the 2009 and 2010 seasons. Dawson helped coach GCC to its first WPIAL title in 2009.
Dawson played college football at Toledo University where he was a four-year member of the Rockets’ football team as an offensive lineman. He graduated from Toledo with a degree in Sports Management.
